Training & Skill Development Institutes

The National Skill Development Corporation India (NSDC) under Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Govt of India was setup as a one of its kind, Public Private Partnership Company with the primary mandate of catalysing the skills landscape in India. NSDC is actively working on aspects to create a skilled workforce in India.

Though India enjoys the demographic advantage of having the youngest workforce with an average age of 29 years in comparison with the advanced economies, as opposed to the developed countries, where the percentage of skilled workforce is between 60% and 90% of the total workforce, India records a low 5% of workforce (20-24 years) with formal employability skills. Govt mobilized many ITIs, Skill Hubs and Training Institute to have a organized workforce to make a modern India. Aviation academies, Hospitality Management Institutions, Tourism Management intuitions are playing the most prominent role in this segment. Our aim is to mobilize those units also which are directly or indirectly linked with the Travel and Tourism and Hospitality Sector
